Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GameOn! mobile application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GameOn! is a youth sports management application designed for coaches, league administrators, parents, and players. The Service provides tools for:

  • Managing team rosters and player information
  • Tracking playing time and substitutions
  • Recording game statistics
  • Communicating with team members and families
  • Organizing schedules and events

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and current

4. Youth Privacy and Data Protection

GameOn! is committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our collection and use of children's personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Parental Consent

Before entering information about a child under 13, coaches and administrators must obtain verifiable parental consent. By using the Service to manage youth sports teams, you represent that you have obtained all necessary consents.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share, distribute, or publish inappropriate content involving minors (including photos, videos, or personal information without proper consent)
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or other systems
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Scrape, spider, or use automated means to access the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant GameOn! a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

GameOn! Content

The Service, including its design, features, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by GameOn-US-LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

Coach Plan

The Coach Plan is billed per team per season at the rate specified on our pricing page. Payment is due at the start of the season or upon subscription.

League Plan

League and Club Plans are custom-priced based on the number of teams. Pricing and payment terms will be specified in a separate agreement.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@gameonsports.app to discuss refund requests.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

No Liability for Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAMEON-US-LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Sports Activities

GameOn! is a software tool and does not supervise, organize, or conduct youth sports activities. We are not responsible for any injuries, disputes, or issues that arise during sports activities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GameOn-US-LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and User Content.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court.

13. Miscellaneous

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and GameOn-US-LLC concerning the Service.
